My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was terrific, just on the outskirts of town, offering gorgeous views and easy access to Neptune Cove Divers and downtown. The rooms, while comfortable and with a great view, showed signs of wear and tear that affected the overall experience. The service was fantastic, very helpful and accommodating, even though the wrong bed type was initially provided. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, with bland options and overly salty sausage. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.
The hotel's location is superb, right on the beach with stunning views, and just a stone's throw away from Neptune Cove Divers. The rooms were cozy and had excellent amenities like a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and complimentary purified water. The friendly and helpful service extended from the front office to the bar and facility workers. The dining experience was mixed, with some dishes being superbly cooked to order but others falling short. Overall, a convenient choice with value for money considerations to keep in mind.
I couldn't have asked for a better location! Being right on the beach and just a short walk from downtown was amazing. The rooms were spacious and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. However, some areas could use a little touch-up, and the dining options were very basic.
I had a wonderful stay at the resort. The room was lovely with great views, and the second one provided was really quiet compared to the noisy first room. The variable layouts added a unique touch, although they seemed a bit old. The service was exceptional, especially at Sea Horse Sports Lounge. The resort's location was beautiful, just on the outskirts of town with gorgeous views and a relaxing atmosphere. However, it was not very close to San Pedro village. The dining experience had its ups and downs, ranging from poor breakfast options to very nice afternoon punch and Happy Hour specials. The facilities were well-maintained and efficient.
The hotel is in a lovely location right on the beach with wonderful frontage. The rooms are clean, just a bit older and could use some updates, but mine was great with a nice view and very quiet. The service was exceptional, especially from Kenny the bartender. The dining experience was nice and convenient, offering plenty of toast, but the options were the same every day. Overall, a great place to stay with friendly staff.
The hotel may not be fancy, but it’s incredibly clean and comfortable. The service is top-notch with friendly and helpful staff. The location is lovely, near the beach for a relaxing stay, but some areas could use improvements. Despite some dining issues, the overall value for money is great.
